Thar Foundation aims to promote entrepreneurship among differently-abled individuals in line with its vision to implement UN Sustainable Development Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities. The Foundation’s SME-Grants program aims to reach out to differently-abled individuals in Block II and Gorano areas and help them generate income by providing them with socio-economic integration opportunities.

Siqqidue is a smart individual who’s physically challenged but his tenacity and courage makes us believe in his will to drive change in his own life. Through Thar Foundation’s interventions he’s now successfully running his tuck shop at Gorano Bagh and makes good amount for his living.
- Like Siddique, we have many unsung heroes in our block who were waiting for a little support to flourish and grow. As an agent of change, Thar Foundation continues to take affirmative action through this program to provide SME grants and financial assistance to differently-abled individuals and also imparting various life-skills to them so that they can achieve financial security for themselves and their families. Through this program, Thar Foundation aims to be a proud ambassador for equality.
